Skin & Hair Care on Everyone’s Budget

4 Apr

Hey guys,

I’m so excited to bring you a guest blog post by none other than the talented Peter Minkoff from HighStyleLife magazine. I hope you enjoy today’s read!

Taking into consideration the fact that skin and hair care products can be pretty expensive, more and more people nowadays are opting for some brands that offer good quality, but at much lower prices. None of us would mind saving a few dollars, that’s for sure, which is exactly why I came up with a list of such products that are appropriate for everyone’s budget. Check it out and find something just for yourself.

  1. Organic Scrub

Since exfoliation should be an important part of everyone’s skincare routine, it is crucial to pick high-quality scrub that won’t hurt the surface of your skin. Organic one will certainly do wonders, because it will gently remove dead skin cells that make your skin look lifeless and dull. This step will uncover new cells that will provide and ultimate glowing look. Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve Company produces amazing organic scrubs with butters and nourishing oils, which will unclog your pores and enhance cell growth. Besides that, these are great even for people with sensitive skin because of their organic ingredients.

  1. Gentle Cleanser

Choosing a perfect cleanser for your skin type may be quite tricky because some ordinary products that you use for this purpose, such as soap, are simply inappropriate. They alter the Ph of your skin and make it dried out and flaky, which is exactly why a gentle cleanser is an absolute must-have. Lush Ultrabland cleanser may be the right one for you, even though it is very thick – it provides thorough yet gentle cleanse. Besides that, your skin will be extremely soft afterwards, thanks to honey, rosewater and almond oil.

  1. Good Moisturiser

I cannot emphasise enough the importance of good moisturiser, especially now when winter is far behind us. Your skin needs to replenish all the moisture it lost during cold days, so it is crucial to choose the one with lightweight formula, in order for your skin not to feel sticky all day long. Dermatologica skincare products are absolutely fantastic, and I personally love their Intensive Moisture Balance. It provides ultra-nourishment for my dry skin, and the fact that is firms it just takes the whole routine to the next level.

  1. Sunscreen Is a Must

Needless to say, sunscreen is obligatory when it comes to skin care during summer. Sun rays can be very harmful if your skin is not protected, so make sure that you have a wide assortment of sun protection in your home. Products with SPF 30 or higher are essential, because these will keep your skin away from both UVA and UVB rays, while preventing premature aging, degradation of skin texture, and wrinkles. There are so many brands nowadays, and some of the most affordable ones are Banana Boat and Ocean Potion, which are great if you have limited budget.

  1. Dry Shampoo Saves the Day

Dry shampoo is today more than just a shampoo – it is a perfect tool for adding some volume and texture to your hair, as well as gorgeous matte finish we need when there is no time for washing hair regularly. Klorane Gentle Dry Shampoo is one of the greatest options, since it has very pleasant smell and leaves your hair smooth, plus the fact that it won’t cause itch on your scalp, which is very important.

As you can see, you can get high-quality products and save some dollars. Does it get better than that? We don’t think so! Quality should always be your top priority when it comes to both skin care and hair care, and these products have it all. Don’t wait any longer and get them, your body will definitely be grateful.
